Primary Control Functions
Built-in PLC Logic (Customizable): This is the "brain" of the Ace series. It features a built-in logic controller (up to 200 steps). You can program it to handle digital inputs/outputs, timers, and counters to manage machine sequences without an external PLC.
Triple/Quadruple Ratings: A single drive can be optimized for different motor sizes and load types:
Normal Duty (ND): Best for fans/pumps, allowing a 7.5 HP motor at 12.0A.
High Heavy Duty (HHD): Best for mixers/crushers, providing 200% overload protection for a 5.0 HP motor at 9.0A.
Safe Torque Off (STO): A built-in hardware safety feature (SIL3/PLe). It ensures the motor cannot generate torque during an emergency stop, allowing you to meet global safety standards without using bulky external safety contactors.
