Delta AS06RTD-A

is a 6-channel high-density temperature measurement module for the AS Series PLC, designed to interface with Resistance Temperature Detectors (RTD) for precise thermal monitoring.

The AS Series Compact Modular Mid-range PLC is a high performance multi-purpose controller designed for all kinds of automated equipment. It features Delta's selfdeveloped 32-bit SoC CPUs for enhanced execution speed (40k steps / ms) and supports up to 32 extension modules or up to 1,024 inputs / outputs. The AS series provides accurate positioning control for up to 8 axes via CANopen motion network and 6 axes via pulse control ( 200 kHz ). It is widely used in diverse automated equipment such as for electronics manufacturing, labeling, food packaging, and textile machine

Function

Its primary role is to convert thermal signals from sensors into digital data for the PLC:

6-Channel Monitoring: Supports up to 6 separate RTD sensors, making it more cost-effective for systems with multiple temperature points than the 4-channel version.
Broad Sensor Compatibility: Works with a wide range of industrial sensors, including Pt100, Pt1000, Ni100, Ni1000, JPt100, LG-Ni1000, Cu50, Cu100, and Ni120.
High Precision: Features 16-bit resolution with a display accuracy of 0.1C or 0.1F.
Fast Data Processing: Offers a conversion time of 200 ms per channel.
Flexible Wiring: Supports both 2-wire and 3-wire RTD configurations.
